Sui Generis Technologies is a Nigerian technology consulting and enterprise solutions company. We help organisations use information and technology to improve operational efficiency, strengthen governance, enhance collaboration, automate business processes and move forward with digital transformation.
We combine information consultancy, Microsoft technologies, enterprise software engineering, website and portal development, cybersecurity, cloud services and managed IT support. That combination is deliberate. Most of the problems clients bring us are not one discipline: an approval takes six days because the policy is unclear, the documents are scattered, and the system that could route them was never configured. Solving that requires all three conversations at once.
Our approach extends beyond implementation. We start by understanding how the organisation actually operates — including the workarounds staff have invented — then identify what will produce the largest improvement first, and deliver it in phases you can evaluate as they land.
Our proprietary platforms exist for the same reason. SignShevly Pro, DB Business Operations Suite and Shevy Kalku each began as a client problem that packaged software did not fit. Building them taught us what enterprise controls cost to implement properly, and that experience goes into every engagement we take on.
How we work
Every engagement has one named consultant who owns it from discovery to handover. Work is delivered in phases with something usable at the end of each. Documentation — specification, deployment guide, administrator manual, user manual — is part of the deliverable rather than an extra.
We say when a client does not need what they came to buy. It costs us occasional work and earns the engagements that follow.
What we will not do
We do not sell licences an organisation will not use, quote a fixed price for work nobody has scoped, or build a system that only we can maintain. You receive the source, the documentation and the credentials, and you are free to take the work elsewhere at any point.
