What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, email address, telephone number, organisation and message you provide. When you subscribe to our insights we collect your email address. Our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested.

Why we collect it

Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services agreed. Subscription details are used to send the monthly insights you asked for. Server logs are used to keep the site available and secure.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not use enquiry details to add you to a marketing list without your agreement. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this website.

Client data during engagements

Where an engagement gives us access to your organisation's systems or records, that access is governed by the engagement agreement and any non-disclosure agreement in place. We access only what the work requires, for as long as the work requires it, and we return or destroy working copies at the close of the engagement.

How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for twenty-four months. Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe. Client engagement records are kept for the period required by our professional and statutory obligations.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiry records and administrative access are restricted to authorised personnel. We review access periodically and remove it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to info@suigeneristech.com.ng and we will respond within thirty days.

Cookies

This website uses a single session cookie required for form security. It carries no personal information and expires when you close your browser.
