Overview
Packaged software asks you to change your process to fit its assumptions. Sometimes that is the right trade. When it is not, we build the system your process needs: the same fields your forms already use, the same approval chain your policy already defines, and reports in the format your board already reads.
How we build
We work in phases with something usable at the end of each one. Discovery produces a written specification you sign off. Each phase after that delivers a working module you can test with real staff and real data, so change requests arrive early and cheaply rather than at handover.

It depends entirely on scope, but we quote by phase so you can start with the module that hurts most and continue only if it delivers. Discovery is quoted separately and is yours to keep either way.
Usually yes. We integrate with accounting packages, Microsoft 365, payment gateways and existing databases where an interface exists, and export cleanly where one does not.
We design for growth — role-based access, proper database structure, documented code. Several of our systems have moved from a single office to multiple branches without a rewrite.
