SignShevly Pro
A Windows application for signing, editing, approving and issuing PDF documents with the authenticity and audit trail an organisation can stand behind.
Documents still get printed, signed with a pen, scanned crookedly and emailed back. SignShevly Pro removes that loop. Staff sign on screen with their own registered signature, the document keeps its formatting, and every action is recorded.
Built for organisations that issue signed documents daily — trustees, law firms, finance teams, HR departments, schools and public agencies.
Why organisations move to it
The print-sign-scan cycle costs more than paper. It costs the twenty minutes a senior person spends walking to a printer, the delay while a document waits on a desk, the storage of scans nobody indexed, and the awkward moment when a client asks who actually approved a version.
SignShevly Pro replaces the cycle with an on-screen action that takes seconds and records itself.
Licensing and deployment
The application is licensed per user with a key bound to the licensee's email and machine, valid for one year from activation. Deployment is a standard Windows installer; there is no server to provision and no per-document fee. Administrators receive a licence register they can export and reconcile.
What it does.
Signing and approval
Document editing
Integrity and audit
Issuing and distribution
What it changes.
Documents issue the same day
Approval stops depending on who is in the building and where the printer is.
Signatures stay controlled
A registered signature lives in the signer's own encrypted store rather than as a JPEG in a shared folder.
Formatting survives
Text edits preserve the original font, so an amended contract still looks like the contract.
You can prove the history
A complete action log answers who signed, when and on which version.

Common questions.
Nigeria's Evidence Act recognises electronic signatures for most commercial documents, with specific exclusions. SignShevly Pro records the signer, time and document state so the signature can be evidenced. For documents with statutory execution requirements, take your own legal advice.
No. Documents and signatures are stored locally on the workstation. Nothing is uploaded unless a user chooses to email a completed document.
Yes. A document can carry multiple signatures and approval marks, each recorded separately in the audit log.
The application continues to open and read documents. Signing and export require renewal. Licence status is visible to the user well before expiry.
