Payment reversal with dual control

Volunteer-administered finances need protection against both error and suspicion. Reversals follow a strict two-step workflow: the Treasurer raises a reversal request, and the Chairman approves or rejects it. No single officer can unilaterally undo a payment.

Scoped administrative roles

Larger associations are organised into zones or streets, each with its own administrator. The portal supports street-scoped administrator accounts that can only access members within their assigned area, enforced server-side with proper authorisation failures on out-of-scope access attempts. Global administrators retain full visibility.

Biometric authentication

Progressive Web App

The portal installs to a member's home screen and behaves as an application — web app manifest, service worker, offline-tolerant shell, and native notification support. No app store, no download, no storage cost to the member.

Administration and security

Why it works
