Use of this website
This website is provided for information about Sui Generis Technologies and its services. You may read, print and share its content for your own reference. You may not reproduce it commercially, present it as your own, or use it to train or benchmark a competing service without our written permission.
Accuracy
We take care to keep the information here accurate and current. Service descriptions, product capabilities and indicative timelines are provided in good faith but are not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on this website forms a contract.
Engagement terms
Any work we carry out is governed by a separate written engagement agreement, proposal or service agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and responsibilities. Where anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement prevails.
Intellectual property
The Sui Generis Technologies name, logo, website content and our product names — including SignShevly Pro, DB Business Operations Suite and Shevy Kalku — remain our property. Ownership of software developed specifically for a client is dealt with in that client's engagement agreement; unless it says otherwise, the client owns the deliverable and we retain our pre-existing components and general know-how.
Third-party technologies
We implement and support technologies produced by others, including Microsoft products. Those remain subject to their own licence terms, which are between you and the vendor. We are not responsible for a vendor's own changes to features, pricing or availability.

Where this website links to other sites, we do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone. Liability arising from services we deliver is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
