The systems organisations actually run on
Custom web and desktop software for organisations that need real operational tooling — not templates, not page-builders, and not systems that collapse the moment they meet shared hosting, limited bandwidth, or a workforce spread across departments.
Every solution here is a working system we have designed, built and deployed. Each one is delivered as a complete, ownable product: you get the source, the deployment package and the documentation. No monthly licence traps, no vendor lock-in, and no dependency on infrastructure you cannot afford to run.
What follows is what these systems have in common — because it is the reason they keep working after handover.
Smart HRMS · Human Resource Management System
A complete, self-hosted human resource management platform that takes an organisation's people operations off spreadsheets and email chains and puts them into one auditable system. Built for mid-sized…
SOL/WEBCorporate Website Platform · Flat-File CMS
A complete corporate website system for organisations that need a professional, editable, multi-entity web presence without the security exposure, plugin sprawl, and maintenance overhead of a mainstream CMS.
SOL/CRMDepartmental CRM Portal · Client Relationship Management
An internal client relationship management portal for organisations whose client data is fragmented across departments, workbooks, and individual machines — and whose staff will not adopt a system that does…
SOL/LVYLevy and Membership Management Portal
A production-grade financial and membership management system for community development associations, cooperatives, alumni bodies, estate associations, and other member-funded organisations.
What every one of them has in common.
These are the decisions that determine whether a system is still working two years after handover.
Built for the hosting you already have
Most Nigerian organisations run on standard cPanel shared hosting. Rather than treating that as a limitation to apologise for, we engineer directly against it. Our systems deploy by uploading and extracting a single archive: no Docker, no Node runtime required on the server, and no build pipeline that has to succeed before the site comes back up.
No unnecessary dependencies
Where a platform cannot run a package manager, we vendor dependencies as plain files and ship them alongside the code. Systems built this way do not break because a remote registry changed, a package was unpublished, or a build step silently failed overnight.
Additive, non-destructive change
Once a system is live and carrying real data, we treat it as production. New features are added alongside existing behaviour rather than on top of it, migrations are reversible, and nothing that works today stops working tomorrow because a feature shipped.
Role-aware from the first line
Access control is not bolted on at the end. Every system starts with a role model — who sees what, who can approve what, who can delete what — enforced on the server rather than by hiding buttons in the interface.
Auditability as standard
If a record can be changed, the system records who changed it and when. Financial and HR systems in particular are only as trustworthy as their trail.
Designed for the context they operate in
Naira formatting, local approval hierarchies, local banking workflows and local connectivity realities are handled properly, not retrofitted onto software designed for somewhere else.
How the work runs.
How we deliver
Tight iterations with you in the loop — requirements, build, review, refine. You see working software early and often, not a demonstration at the end of a long silence.
What you receive
A deployable package, deployment documentation and a system configured for your environment. Where the engagement includes it, source and full administrative access.
How we test
Simulated end-to-end verification against the real workflows before anything reaches production. Defects found in testing cost a review cycle; defects found in production cost trust.
What we do not do
We do not build systems that only run on infrastructure you cannot maintain, hold client systems hostage to our own hosting, or ship features onto live financial data without a rollback path.
